The Departments of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics at Index Institute of Dental Sciences successfully organized a two-day Ideation Workshop on “Clinical Practice & Workflow” on 17–18 April at the IIDS Auditorium. The workshop was designed to provide participants with practical insights into modern clinical management and efficient workflow systems that are essential for delivering quality patient care. Bringing together faculty members, postgraduate students, and interns, the event served as an excellent platform for learning, interaction, and professional development.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Avnindar Meet Nayyar, who shared his extensive expertise on various aspects of clinical practice, including patient management, sterilization protocols, workflow optimization, interdepartmental coordination, and ethical responsibilities in dental healthcare. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, participants gained a deeper understanding of how systematic clinical processes and effective teamwork contribute to enhanced patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The sessions also emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards of infection control, communication, and professionalism in day-to-day dental practice.
