Anti-Ragging Awareness Seminar Held at IIDS

Index Institute of Dental Sciences (IIDS), Indore successfully conducted an Anti-Ragging Awareness Seminar on Thursday, 14th July, 2022.

The seminar featured a comprehensive lecture delivered by Dr. Mamta Singh, M.D.S., a distinguished member of the Dental Council of India (DCI). Dr. Singh employed a powerful PowerPoint presentation to illuminate the detrimental effects of ragging and outlined effective strategies for eradicating this menace.

The event garnered widespread participation from undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty members, and wardens from both the boys’ and girls’ hostels. Attendees were provided with essential information about anti-ragging helpline numbers and were reintroduced to the IIDS Anti-Ragging Committee.

The seminar received overwhelming positive feedback from both students and faculty, underscoring its significance in fostering a ragging-free campus environment.
